Brief: We were asked to bring some of Argentina’s highlights to the London Embassy, for a World Travel Market event.

Outcome:

Three distinct areas for guests to explore. Room one, onset for a film featuring Tango and Folklore. Room two, the jungle of Missiones, complete with an animal soundscape and rainforest aromas. Then onto room three to the Mendoza bar. Filled with oak barrels and a large wine list. Borges could be found manning the lift, entertaining guests with his short stories. Dishes inspired by flavours across Argentina were created by Head Chef Javier Rodriguez of El Papagayo, Cordoba.
