ASMI Recipe Launch
Brief: To create an event that would entice trade folk to come and try the newly designed recipes, showcasing Alaska’s finest seafood. The event had to put the food at the heart, whilst having a look that felt distinctly Alaskan, with unique immersive touches.

Outcome:
An intimate event that brought the feel, taste and sounds of Alaska to a UK food trade market. Drawing on Alaska seafood’s three key elements: sustainable, wild and natural for the design and look and feel of the event. From a commissioned seaweed installation, to sustainable cardboard signage, to a cosy wood Alaskan cabin for guests to relax in. The sound of sea shanty songs performed by the live band created a unique and enchanting soundtrack to the evening. Guests enjoyed the foraging masterclasses, which gave details of where to find Alaskan flavours in the UK. Bespoke cocktails and Alaska seafood canapés were served. To remember the evening, guests had a selection of beautifully designed recipe cards to take away, along with a vibrant and sustainable ghost net key ring.
